It is absolutely possible to change your life.
You just need clarity, understanding, guidance and the right tools.
When we are struggling to change a problematic situation – it can feel overwhelming just thinking about where to start. The thing is, we rarely experience one problem in isolation.
We might drink or use drugs as a way of coping with anxiety or depression.
Or, we might develop depression as a result of prolonged anxiety or substance abuse.
Excessive focus on problems and needs of others (codependency) can leave us feeling exhausted, depleted and anxious. This in itself can make us more vulnerable to substance abuse or other addictive behaviours.
When we are feeling overwhelmed, it can be difficult to make sense of what is at the core of our problems. And that can make it difficult to know how to move forward and get the right help.
In our counselling programmes – we don’t just “talk”.
We use a combination of education, assignments, and evidence-based therapy techniques to help you to turn your life around.
All from the privacy, safety and comfort of your own home.
But lasting change takes, time, commitment, consistency and effort.
For this reason, all our programmes require a minimum commitment of ten counselling sessions. If you want to learn more about costs and programme details, click on the links below.
